Forth and Ross Town first silverware winners of the season

Forth Celtic and New Ross Town collected the first silverware of the season when lifting the Premier One and Divisional Shields in two excellent games this afternoon. Seaview United and Forth clashed for the second week in a row and produced another thriller as Forth eventually came out 4-2 winners on an excellent surface in Fethard to lift the Premier One Shield for the first time. Keisha Tobin and Lisa Dower were on target for Seaview but two goals from Rianna Cullen and one each from Natasha Byrne Rossiter and Sarah Siggins saw Forth come out on top.
