Important Sunday in AUL for Wexford Under Sixteen girls

Published: Sunday, 15 April 2018

After yesterdays hard fought 0-0 draw with Mid Western, Wexford Under Sixteen Schoolgirls head into today's two games knowing that two wins will put them through to this years Gaynor Cup in June. First up is Sligo Leitrim at 10-30 this morning followed by Kilkenny at 1-30 so an hour later, manager Mick Bennett should know his teams fate.

Yesterday Sligo Leitrim beat Kilkenny 2-0 and top the group at present and will be looking for all three points in this game v Wexford to ensure qualification so its very much a do or die game for our girls today
